Today’s Party Drink or Party Cocktail, The Hawaiian Redneck Cocktail, is relaxing Summer porch drink with the surprisingly tasty – but deceptively potent! – combination of Dark Rum, Southern Comfort and Pineapple Juice.
The Hawaiian Redneck Cocktail Recipe

Materials
- 2 ounces Dark Rum
- 2 ounces Southern Comfort
- 6 ounces Pineapple Juice
- 1 teaspoon Grenadine
Instructions
- Throw ice in the shaker.
- Add the spirits and the juice.
- Shake well and strain in an old fashioned glass.
- Drop a splash of grenadine and enjoy the sunrise effect.
