BBQ Bacon Cheese Bombs have only 5 ingredients – but pack an explosion of flavor into every bite. Easy to make and delicious. What more could you want?

BBQ Bacon Cheese Bomb Recipe
Ingredients
Makes 5 mini bacon bombs. Adjust the recipe as needed for your party.
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- BBQ Dry Rub, Store-bought or Homemade
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese or your choice of another Cheese, grated
- 20 slices Bacon
- Your Favorite BBQ Sauce, Store-bought or Homemade
- 5 Skewers
Directions
- Divide the ground beef in roughly 5 equal portions.
- Take 1 portion and make a patty out of it.
- Sprinkle BBQ dry rub on it, turning it over to coat it completely.
- Add a pinch of cheese to the center and fold over the patty.
- Form the patty into the shape of your palm.
- Wrap the bomb in two layers of bacon
- Place the bomb on a skewer.
- Do the same with the remaining 4 portions of ground beef.
- Smoke the bombs on the grill or in the oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes, turning to cook evenly, or until the beef is cooked through and the bacon is crisp.
- In the last 5 minutes mop the bombs with barbecue sauce.
