Pizza Rollups Recipe

Pizza Rollups Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 tablespoon Flour
• 1 can refrigerated Pizza Dough – Store-bought or homemade. See below for links to good recipes. – Coming soon.
• 3/4 cup Pizza Sauce –
• Store-bought or homemade. See below for links to good recipes. – Coming soon.
• 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
• 20 Pepperoni – Store-bought or homemade. Just kidding. 😉 Buy the pepperoni.
• 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1 Egg
• 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Onto a piece of parchment paper, sprinkle flour and roll out pizza dough. Press fingers into dough to dent to prevent the crust from puffing up.
3. Spoon sauce onto dough, leaving 1-inch around the sides.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top of sauce,
5. Place pepperonis on top (4 x 5).
6. Into a small dish, mix butter and garlic powder.
7. Roll dough into a log, long ways and as you roll the dough, brush the outside of the crust with garlic butter.
8. Wrap in parchment paper and place in freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.
9. Slice log into 1 1/2-inch slices and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
10. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
11. Bake for 30 minutes or until dough is golden and cheese is melted.
12. Serve warm with dipping sauces (See below.)
