In this video, we’ll show you a different way of roasting cauliflower. With Sriracha Whole Roasted Cauliflower, instead of breaking it up into individual florets, we roast the cauliflower whole. This makes for an impressive presentation!

Sriracha Whole Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients (Taken from the video)
- 1 head Cauliflower, leaves removed and base trimmed (See video)
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Zest and juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tablespoon ground Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground Coriander
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese, to serve
Directions (Taken from the video)
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, Sriracha hot sauce, cumin, garlic powder, steak seasoning, and coriander together in a medium bowl. Mix well.
- Place cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet.
- With a brush or using your hands, spread the olive oil mixture over the entire head of cauliflower.
- Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven until the surface is dry and lightly browned, 30 to 40 minutes.
- Cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cut into wedges and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each.
Serve warm.
