Balsamic Vinegar

Cracked Black Pepper

Dijon Mustard

Ketchup or 1 cup Tomato Sauce

Chipotle Hot Sauce or more
to taste
Instructions
Mix sugar, sour cherries, vinegar, water and black pepper in a medium saucepan.
Place over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium high or lower and continue to cook, at a slow boil, for about 45 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat.
Add ketchup or tomato sauce, mustard and hot sauce. Mix well.
Add Maraschino cherries and stir gently. Set aside.
Notes
Store remaining Cherry BBQ Sauce in the freezer or refrigerator.
